A full website rebuild runs 4–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. The first week goes to strategy and structure, before any screens are designed. Time spent there is what lets everything after it move quickly.

Projects land at the shorter end of that range when copy and photography are ready by the time the build begins. I’ll plan that with you at kickoff and set review dates in week one, so you always know when your input is needed and can work around it.

Everything lives in one shared Notion space, so decisions stay easy to find months later. Design happens in Figma, where you can comment directly on any screen at any time.

You hear from me at least once a week, whether or not there is something to show.

When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Google’s AI overview for a recommendation, they read pages, pull out claims, and repeat the ones they can verify.

So I build the site to be quotable: claims with specifics attached, questions answered in full on the page instead of inside a downloadable PDF, and structured data that states plainly who you are, what you do and where you do it.

Named expertise and checkable facts give a model something worth quoting. It’s the same work that makes a page clear to a person, done thoroughly enough that a machine can follow it too.

Nearer Studio is run by Qin. The person who takes your first call is the person who designs and builds the site. When a project needs copywriting or specialist development, I bring in people I’ve worked with before. You know who they are before they start.

Three ways, and you use whichever fits the week:

• A recorded walkthrough before each review, so you can take in the thinking at your own pace.
• Comments straight onto the designs in Figma, whenever something occurs to you.
• One live call to resolve anything still open and decide.

Reviews are scheduled in advance, at the end of each phase. Two rounds of revisions are included at every stage.

Projects start from SGD 6,000. The range a site falls into follows how many unique page designs it needs, rather than how many pages it ends up with: a clinic can have two hundred doctor profiles and still need one layout for them.

• Landing page. A single scrolling page for a launch, one service, or a solo practice.
• Core site. Five to seven layouts: home, about, services and contact, plus repeatable templates. Most specialist firms fall into this range.
• Full rebuild. Ten or more layouts, for larger sites that also need content strategy, migration from the old site, and structured data that helps search engines and AI tools understand the business.

Ongoing marketing sits outside it too: no paid ads, social media management, or monthly content retainers. I hand the site over set up so your team can update content themselves, and I’m here whenever you want a design change, a new feature, or a fix.
